Human Resources Manager

As a key part of this, fostering positive supportive, and collaborative relationships with their employees, departments, host community workforce and other stakeholders is paramount. The HR Manager leads these employee and people engagement strategies and maintains positive relationships throughout the organization by supporting HR Director.

 Key Function

  • Accountable for all human resources activities in Gaziantep Plant including employee engagement, recruitment both white and blue collars, performance management, career management and talent management.
  • Deliver world-class people and culture-related outcomes.
  • Develop successful and sustainable talent recruitment and retention programs
  • Foster and develop a positive supportive and collaborative relationships with all departments and employee relations representatives
  • Support and embed organization’s business-wide systems and processes, tailoring these to the local context.
  • Performing onboarding of new collogues, recruitment of new talents, performance management and training.
  • Talent development and succession planning of local employees.
  • Ensure compliance to all regulatory and governance requirements of organization.
Is This You?
  • Graduated from related departments of prominent universities. Having an Industrial Engineering or Labor Economics diploma will be a strong asset.
  • A high-achieving HR Manager capable of running day to day human resources functions in a large organization.
  • Delivering leadership to HR and Compensation and Benefits Teams.
  • Deep knowledge of employee relations, talent retention in emerging markets and requisite skills in performance management and training.
  • Fluent in English
  • An excellent communicator and able to enthuse and motivate a large diverse workforce and stakeholder base.
  • Proven ability to develop, coach, and lead a diverse team within a nationwide organization.
  • FMCG experience is a strong preference, however, professionals with strong human resources credentials in similar contexts, are encouraged to apply
