Fi̇nanci̇al Controlli̇ng Manager

Our client is an international mining and metallurgy company. Now we are looking for a Financial Controlling Manager who will work 5 days in a week at Maslak.  Who will directly report to CFO.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar departments,

Minimum 12 years of experience, in which last 5 years of experience in leadership position and preferably have Big4 experience in early years of career.

Strong leadership skills are required to lead a team of six finance professionals.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel), SAP is a plus,

Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,

Communication and presentation skills, compliance with ethical principles,

A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,

Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.

 

Requirements:

Conducting in-depth analysis and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for subsidiary companies.

Regularly verifying and aligning subsidiary payments with the budget and company procedures on a weekly and monthly basis.

Accurately monitoring global sales data and Profit and Loss (P&L) information from subsidiaries into the Hyperion system.

Ensuring comprehensive financial, budget, and forecast reports  prepared for presentation to senior management.

Scrutinizing and comparing monthly unit production cost reports to the established budget.

Thoroughly validating the accuracy of CAPEX actual figures for subsidiaries, ensuring they align with budgetary projections.

Coordinating and overseeing the monthly closing processes for subsidiary companies.

Rigorously reviewing and verifying accounting transactions within the financial reports of subsidiaries.

Collaborating with subsidiary teams to provide guidance and support in cash flow management.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

Developing financial strategies and policies.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
