Placement Process

We deliver recruitment services to prominent companies for managers and specialist level positions. We are visiting our clients at their premises to know better. We analyze our potential client and the position in cooperation with HR department about history of company, culture of company, premises and working conditions, additional benefits, social conditions, and compensation. We contact with HR department and manager of the department for getting job description and required qualifications of the position. As a result, we understand the position perfectly and focus on the requirements of our client.

ETHIC HR primarily searches for the relevant candidates from its own database. Then search goes on with career web sites, social media, newspaper ad and head hunting methodologies until reaching the right candidates. Potential candidates interviewed with competency-based interview techniques. Some part of interview is also communicated in English if necessary.

Our interview understanding and objective is trying to asses competencies of candidates, their personalities, capabilities and motivation.

In case the candidate is not suitable for the position, we deliver career coaching to candidates and recommendations for developing themselves.

We definitely deliver feedback to candidates that we interviewed positively or negatively.
