Personal Information We Collect
Candidates: When you register on our website to benefit from our employment services as a candidate, we process your personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact information and the information in your CV. Customers: We collect your personal data such as your name, title and contact information. We also process personal data we obtain from our communications with you, including emails, newsletters or other content we send you, read or forward to someone else. If you provide us with information about a candidate (for example, when you confirm that a candidate has previously worked with you or when you refer a candidate), we keep a record of the personal data we obtain about you from that candidate and the personal data you give us about that candidate.

Candidates
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- to provide you with employment services;
- to contact you;
- Enabling you to upload your CV and apply to job postings;
- personalize your experience by creating a candidate profile;
- to monitor that equal opportunities are provided to all candidates and that diversity is respected;
- provide you with interview and salary recommendations; and

For job postings from which we receive a lot of applications, we use a CV sorting tool that allows us to sift through CVs and enter relevant keywords such as length of experience or field of work. This tool provides a smaller pool of candidates by analyzing all resumes uploaded to the tool, matching keywords on candidates' resumes, and ranking candidates based on their suitability for the job. When you register as a candidate, your personal data is shared with our customers who are looking for staff for the jobs you are interested in.
