Chief Financial Officer

Our client is conglomerate compnay. The client operates in food, cosmetics and agriculture sectors with different companies. It has been authenticated as the market leader for setting high quality standards in the fast-food industry by its multinational customers with leading brands.

Now we are looking for an Chief Financial Officer for its growing organization in Çamlıca İstanbul.

PROFILE

• Graduated from related departments of prominent universities.
• Preferably started to his/her career in investment bankers.
• Minimum 15 years of experience and last 5 years of it spent in CFO or Finance Manager roles.
• Having experience about secruing funds from IFC, EBRD or similar institutions would be a strong asset. 
• IFRS reporting experience is required.
• Tax Accounting experience is a must.
• Cost Accounting experience is essential.
• Budget and reporting, financial controlling experience is required.
• SAP knowledge will be strong asset.
• CPA certified.
• Analytic, ambitious, have strong commercial acumen.
• Advanced level of reading writing and speaking in English is required.
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The position reports to CEO 
• The person will lead a Finance team that has 8 members.
• S/he will ensure that all rolling forecast and month closing process is achieved in a timely manner
• S/he will be responsible for all tax accounting, financial accounting, managerial accounting, cost accounting, internal auditing, treasury, budget and reporting and finance business partnering.
