• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production and the last couple of years spent in leadership roles preferably in a multinational organization.
• Experience in matrix organization will be a great asset.
• Operational excellence in line with strict HSE rules, Customer focused, Quality concerned and outstanding leadership skills are expected
• Fluent English is required for communication with HQ.
• SAP and MS Office skills are required.
• Have B type driving license is required.
• Resident in Çorlu or nearby.

Job Description

• The person will manage Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery Time and Customer Satisfaction
• S/he will deliver leadership to a small production team.
• The person will be responsible for maintaining a working environment and practices that are compliant with safety and environmental rules as well as keeping the organization profitable, ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• It is expected from the role that develop and maintain management information metrics that indicates the direction of key trends and indices that will assist to management team in HQ to recognizing performance.
• The person will develop manufacturing plans, operating and capital budgets.
• S/he will ensure that both white collar and blue collar employees are engaged to company, motivated and deliver high performance.
• It is expected that the person works collaboratively works with Sales Functions including Sales, Marketing, Application, Technical Service as well as R&D and Finance teams located in HQ.
