Now we are looking for high caliber Senior HR Manager (People & Culture Manager) for its growing organization.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day HR functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures and HR best practices and to provide direct advice and guidance to Department Managers. The Human Resources Manager will be directly supervising Human Resources team that has six members. This role is accountable for daily human resources operations, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, talent strategies, compensation and benefits strategies, payroll, learning and development, and other employee-related functions. HR Manager is deeply held values within in the organization.
As a key part of this, fostering positive supportive, and collaborative relationships with our clients' employees, unions, departments, host community workforce and other stakeholders is paramount. The Human Resource Manager leads these employee and people engagement strategies and maintains positive relationships throughout the organization.
The Human Resources Manager will report to HR Director and will participate as part of the HRLT (Human Resources Leadership Team) for organization which has regular meetings and workshops to develop worldwide people strategies and execution plans for organization. This position must demonstrate excellent leadership, integrity and be a model citizen of company’s Corporate Values.
Key Functions
- Accountable for all human resources activities in Turkey and neighboring jurisdictions
- Deliver world-class people and culture-related outcomes.
- Develop successful and sustainable talent recruitment and retention programs.
- Foster and develop a positive supportive and collaborative relationships with all departments and employee relations representatives.
- Support and embed organization’s business-wide systems and processes, tailoring these to the local context.
- Contribute to the development of organization’s business-wide employee and people-centric strategies and execution planning as part of HRLT (Human Resources Leadership Team) and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Talent development and succession planning of local employees.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory and governance requirements of organization. This includes both local and international requirements and those of a Publicly listed company.
- Ability to lead in a time of change and growth.
- Ability to influence both externally and internally and partner with all aspects of the organization.
Is That You?
- Graduated from related departments of prominent universities.
- A high-achieving human resources manager capable of running day to day human resources functions in a multibillion-dollar business.
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, talent retention in emerging markets and requisite skills in compensation, benefits, recruiting and performance.
- Fluent in English
- An excellent communicator and statesperson, able to enthuse and motivate a large diverse workforce and stakeholder base.
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and lead a diverse team within a multinational organization.
- Mining experience is a strong preference, however, professionals with strong human resources credentials in similar contexts, are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to travel to our operational sites including both in Turkey and abroad.
